DRIVER REFERRAL BONUS

HTSI Drivers earn $8,000 for hired and retained referrals.

INSURANCE

Health insurance available through Athem. Dental, and Vision.  Insurance effective upon hire date.

LIFE INSURANCE

Company paid $25,000 Life Insurance Policy for each employee.

ORIENTATION TRAINING

At HTSI, Regional drivers are paid  $1250 for orientation and training.  Local drivers paid $1000.

401K PLAN

HTSI offers a 401K with match

VACATIONS

Vacations the first year.

Drivers have 2 weeks of vacation per year and  5 personal days per year.  For each two years of service, earn an additional personal day. Paid time off begins after six months of employment.

* Drivers need a minimum of 2 years CDL driving experience

* Minimum of 1 year flatbed experience

 

REGIONAL DRIVER DETAILS  

$75,000 + $8000 Sign On Bonus

Pay increases after 1 year 

  • $1442 per week (Increases to $1540 after 1 year)
    • Base Salary $1317 per week (Increases to $1415 after 1 year)
    • Safety Bonus $125 per week
  • Retention Bonus increases each year up to $5000 per year.  After 5 years, receive $5000 annually.

 

 LOCAL  DRIVER DETAILS

1st and 2nd shifts available

$60,000 + $8000 Sign On Bonus

Pay increases after 1 year

  • $1154 per week  (increases to $1250 after 1 year)
  • Base Salary $1079 (the first year)
  • Safety Bonus $75
  • 2nd shift differential – additional $75 per week
  • Retention Bonus increases each year up to $5000 per year.  After 5 years, receive $5000 annually.
