Hear From Our Drivers

There are a lot of things I like about Hill Transportation. The pay that we make with the home time we have is industry leading. You can’t work anywhere else and make this much money and
still be able to spend a quality amount of time at home. This company keeps you accountable, while not being micromanaged. We’re company drivers, but we still feel like we’re our own bosses. The workload is a healthy amount without me feeling burnt out.

My driver manager does a great job. She stays on top of my agenda to ensure I succeed at every load, while ensuring nothing conflicts with my personal schedule. This is the longest I’ve ever been with a trucking company, and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I can rely on my schedule and am home for at least two and a half days every week.

One of the best things about working for Hill Transportation is that it’s a family-oriented company. I’m home for the entire weekend and generally have a good idea of what my next couple of days look like. By being on salary, I don’t have to worry about an inconsistent paycheck every week. I get to service the same customers, which is great because I’ve built a good relationship with them.
